William "Bill" Bresko- After serving in WWII & The Korean War, Bill completed Bible College and spent 14 years in Alaska, where he and his wife served the religious needs of various native tribes. He has many fond memories of this time dealing with the natives and wildlife, especially moose and their calves. |

![]() (Ret) USAF Col. Brian Newberry- Among his many fond Fairchild memories is a Thanksgiving dinner at the SERE Dining Facility when one Airman stayed up all night hand carving traditional table decorations so visiting Airmen could feel at home away from home-- extra effort for the team, a trait he worked hard to instill. | ![]() (Ret) Navy CDR, Brian Rodgers- Like many, he considers himself a "Cold War Warrior", having served during that period of time of relative peace and uncertainty for the US, also serving during part of the Middle East crisis with a total of five cruises. |
![]() (Sep) Navy PO2 David Strand- He spent a life time looking for answers to questions he did not know. It was the Vet Center that helped him identify and understand his missing and broken pieces. He prays that his 39 years as a high school teacher has helped equalize his place in humanity. | ![]() (Ret) USAF CMSgt Dean Hall- He wants to be remembered as the maintenance man's Chief, meaning less office time and more time with his troops actually working on aircraft. One very important task he muses over years later was not only mentoring young NCO's, but also teaching LT's good leadership skills. He epitomized the role of a professional Senior NCO. |
