As of May 1st, 2023, all requests for assistance MUST BE SUBMITTED by a representative from a connected Support Organization. Direct Requests through this form, by email or phone will not be processed. Please contact one of the
organizations on this list
, or any other organization with which you may already be working and your contact with that organization can make the request on your behalf. If that contact has questions, they can communicate with Operation Spokane Heroes by email or phone.

For All New Assistance Requests; please complete the form below. Reviews can take up to 10 business days.
NOTES: Financial Assistance is paid ONLY by invoice and receipt up to $300, NO CASH. Please share as much detail as possible, with as much notice as possible. Committee Reviews can take up to 10 business days for a response. Most creditors, lendors, and service providers including property managers and banks are willing to give a grace period when notified in advance. Please keep in touch via email throughout this process:
